Bali Bed Runner

The Bali Bed Runner is a smaller version of our Bali Wedding Star quilt pattern.

Judy Niemeyer selected a group of (96) fabrics designed by Hoffman Fabrics of California.  Hoffman Fabrics precut and packaged the collection into two packages of (48) 2-1/2″ strips. 

There are also several Digital Quilting Designs available for this quilt including the one shown above.

This updated pattern provides NEW techniques like strip piecing, floating points, smart corners, a revised assembly process that avoids Y-seams, and the new Creative Grids Diamond Wedding Ring Templates that will make creating this beautiful Diamond Wedding Ring quilt easier than ever!

Harvest Moon

The Harvest Moon is a wonderful beginner’s pattern using our introductory blocks for flying geese and cactus flowers in a fun and colorful 6” block layout designed to show off your favorite batik collection!

This version was done in our Firestorm Batiks Collection from Timeless Treasures.

If you are interested, there is also a collection of Digitized Quilting Designs meant for these blocks.

Tarnished Windmill

The Tarnished Windmill pattern was inspired by our Reclaimed West fabric line and incorporates the windmill block designed for that collection.  The instructions introduce new techniques that make piecing the lone star blocks more efficient, and help to eliminate fabric waste, AND there are now Y-seams during the assembly process!

Woodcarver’s Star

Also inspired by the Reclaimed West fabric line, the Woodcarver’s Star pattern, is a queen version of the block used in Prismatic Star.  It can be completed with 2-1/2” strips, and has been designed without Y-Seams.  It incorporates the windmill block developed with the Reclaimed West fabric collection and it is Judy’s first Broken Star Quilt Design.  Requiring just under 21 Yards of fabric, this Queen-Size quilt may be one of the most efficient Queen designs Quiltworx has ever published.

We also offer a stunning Digital Quilting Design for this pattern, available in as complete set or as individual units.


Geese Migrations Book is now available! is excited to announce the publication of our first book, called Geese Migrations!  A new approach to pattern design by, we organized a series of 6-inch blocks including Geese and Stars, and collaborated with 27 of our Certified Shops to complete a dynamic and colorful group of 29 patterns!  The book includes the directions for making each of the quilt patterns and full color images that are easy to follow.  Templates and layout sheets can be purchased separately for the pattern(s) you decide to make at the website.
