Judy, Judel, and Vanessa Fromm of Fabric Confetti are back for our newest Worx Session series, Pocket Full of Posies! In this five-part series Judel will help you prepare for the class; Judy will help you paper piece, complete the turn-under appliqué, and assemble the quilt; and finally, Vanessa Fromm will take you step-by-step through the embroidered appliqué process, a beautiful alternative to doing turn-under appliqué.

You’ll learn everything you need to know to complete this pattern, and the techniques can be used for many of our other patterns as well, so it will be well worth seeing, even if you’re working on other patterns.

This five-part series will be a mixture of live and pre-recorded videos. All of Judy’s live demonstrations will be recorded, so if you can’t make the Live Events, all of the segments will be available for viewing after the classes have ended on both Facebook and YouTube, free. If there are technical difficulties, we’ll record the session off-line, and post it on both our Facebook feed and our YouTube Channel.

Pocket Full of Posies Digitized Embroidery Design

If you’re looking for a beautiful alternative to turn-under appliqué, consider using these amazing stitched-out designs by Vanessa Fromm.

Pattern

Design files are in the following formats: .ART, .DST, .EXP, .HUS, .JEF, .PES, .VIP, .VP3.

The designs have been divided up so that they can be stitched out using:

**A hoop with an embroidery field that is at least 200mm x 300mm (7.8″ x 11.8″).

**A hoop with an embroidery field that is at least 200mm 360mm ( 7.8″ x 14″)

There are folders for each of the four different sections of embroidery. In each folder, you will find the Designs, Full-sized and Tiled layouts, Stitch-out instructions and the Templates and Cutting Files. SVG and PDF Cutting Files included.
