Join Judy for a 4 Part Quiltworx Video Series Featuring Introductory Quiltworx Designs in Tula Pink True Colors!

Hello quilting friends! We’re pleased to announce our next Quilt-Along with Judy live events, and they’re FREE! If you love Judy and Tula Pink, Judy will be demonstrating four beautiful quilt patterns made using Tula Pink fabrics! You’ll learn everything you need to know to complete these quilts, and the techniques can be used for many of our other patterns as well, so it will be well worth seeing, even if you’re working on another pattern.

Mark your calendars! This 4-part series begins as follows:

October 11, 2022 – 1p.m. to (no later than) 5p.m. MDT – The Beach House
December 2, 2022 – 1p.m. to (no later than) 5p.m. MST – The Goodnight Star
Date To Be Announced – Confetti Cake (NEW!) – This event will be announced during our previous events, in a newsletter, and our Facebook page once the details have been decided.
February 8th and 22nd, 2023 at 1 p.m. MST– Geodes (NEW!) – This event will also be announced during our previous events, in a newsletter, and our Facebook page once the details have been decided.

All of Judy’s live demonstrations will be recorded, so if you can’t make the live events, all of the segments will be available for viewing after the classes have ended on both Facebook and YouTube, free.

Kits and patterns are available for the first two events with others coming later. Quiltworx and our wonderful Certified Shops and Instructors will be preparing kits for all of these classes, so check out the links below.

If you’d like to make the Tula Pink version of these patterns, but already have an older version of the patterns in a different colorway, we recommend purchasing the updated pattern/instructions as they’re written for these workshops and the Tula Pink colorways. That will make it easier for you to follow along with the workshop.

THE BEACH HOUSE PATTERN

This fat quarter friendly pattern uses a log cabin block that incorporates a cut away technique, allowing you to insert a flying geese block.

THE GOODNIGHT STAR PATTERN

This is a very affordable queen sized quilt, pattern, and is perfect as an introduction to paper piecing because the whole quilt uses one technique!

LIVE EVENT: February 2023 – Date to be Announced

This introductory level pattern will build on the techniques taught in The Goodnight Star pattern with the addition of sashing strips. Judy will demonstrate how to build multiple rounds of diamond blocks without creating bulk, how to get all your points to match, and how to avoid Y-seams.
