DESCRIPTION:In this 3 day workshop\, Jenny will show you how to make a lonestar block with strip piecing\, a new york beauty block with floating points\, curved piecing\, and assembling a pieced border.  This is a great beginner paper piecing project\, but is also a quick project for any level quilter with paper piecing experience.  It finishes 38″ x 38″ for a nice wall hanging\, table topper\, or even a baby quilt. \nDay 1 lessons will be cutting papers & fabrics\, getting organized\, and making the lonestar block. \nDay 2 lessons will be the floating points and curved piecing on the New York beauty block. \nDay 3 lessons will be the pieced border blocks and assembling the quilt. \nFor more information about this class and to see what other classes are offered\, visit Glacier Quilts website. \n
