DESCRIPTION:Yoder Dept Store in Shipshewana IN has scheduled the first annual “Shipshewana Quiltworx Academy” event for Sept 18-22\, 2023 \nI have been invited to teach the Star Baby  one day class at this event on 2 different days.  You will have the opportunity to sign up through the Yoder link for either class on Sept 18 or Sept 19 as well as register for any of the evening programs or shopping trips.  Here is the link: Shipshewana Quiltworx Academy event \nThe venue is The Blue Gate Garden Inn where there will also be rooms available for anyone who wants to book their stay to take several classes.  You can contact Andrea Henderson at ahenderson@yoderdepartmentstore.com for more information. \nEach class day will run from 9am – 5pm with a 2 hour break from 12-2pm\, and we will learn how to prepare our pattern and fabric\, then sew the simple baby lone star using foundation paper piecing strip method.  The store will have kits available  in a few different colorways for purchase.  Hope to see you in Indiana! \n \n
