DESCRIPTION:We are excited to bring you our retreats for 2017.  Some of these events are teaming events with Judy and either Certified Instructor Jennifer Eubank or Certified Instructor Tammy Doane.  These events are open events meaning you are free to bring any pattern that Quiltworx.com has designed to work on while attending your retreat. \nWe are also excited to announce that Quiltworx Retreats became a full time Retreat Center in 2016. With this change we will be requiring that you pay a 7% bed tax. This tax will be paid at the end of your stay during checkout. \nOur April #1 Retreat will include: \nCheck-in: 4/23/2017 at 3:00 p.m.\nTeaching: 4/24/2017 to 4/28/2017- 4 days of teaching and one free sew day\nFree Sew: Yes\nCheck-out: 4/29/2017 at 11:00 a.m. \nFor 2017\, the Quiltworx Retreats schedule will be as follows: \nThe first night after check in and dinner you will have a trunk show. \nThe retreat will include four days of teaching.  You will receive 6 hours of instruction on the teaching days.  Some of the retreats in 2017 will be split between Judy and either Certified Instructor Jennifer Eubank or Certified Instructor Tammy Doane.  For those retreats\, the teaching will be split between Judy and her instructor. \nIn addition to the four days of teaching\, you will have a free sew day.  The free sew day may fall on different days depending on the group. \nOne afternoon during the week of teaching days will be a shopping day where you can travel to the local quilt shops in the area. \nPAYMENT INFORMATION: \nAn initial deposit of $150 is due upon signup for this retreat and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  A second payment of $150 will be required in September 15\, 2016.  This payment is also NON-REFUNDABLE.  Final Payment is due in January 1\, 2017.  For more information read our Cancellation Policy PDF on the main retreat page. \nAir Transportation: \nNorthwest/Delta\, Alaska\, and United/Continental to Airport Code FCA \nGlacier Transport will provide Shuttle services to and from the airport to Quiltworx Retreats.
