DESCRIPTION:Yoder Dept Store in Shipshewana IN has scheduled the first annual “Shipshewana Quiltworx Academy” event for Sept 18-22\, 2023 \nI have been invited to teach the Masquerade 3 day class at this event! You will have the opportunity to sign up through the Yoder link for the class happening on Sept 20-22 as well as register for any of the evening programs or shopping trips.  Here is the link: Shipshewana Quiltworx Academy event \nThe venue is The Blue Gate Garden Inn where there will also be rooms available for anyone who wants to book their stay to take several classes.  You can contact Andrea Henderson at ahenderson@yoderdepartmentstore.com for more information. \nEach class day will run from 9am – 5pm with a 2 hour break from 12-2pm\, and we will learn how to prepare our pattern and fabric\, then sew each unit using the Quiltworx foundation paper piecing method.  The store will have kits available  in a couple different colorways for purchase.  Hope to see you in Indiana! \n \n
