Due to the interest and demand for instruction for Judy's Foundation Paper Piecing and other various techniques, we have decided to expand our teaching effort to include not only Judy but also a select few expert quilting instructors who will be certified to teach Judy's techniques. Currently, Judy is booking classes up to two years in advance. In adidtion to helping Judy reach new regions, provide more local representation, and meet the high demand, we hope this program will help meet your teaching needs.

These instructors will be annually certified to teach specific quilt patterns of which they will have completed not only the quilt but have also attended a certification course for at Quiltworx Retreats -- A Judy Niemeyer Quilting Affiliated Retreat Property. These instructors will focus on specific areas of the United States and Canada and will be available for quilt shops, quilt guilds, and conferences. Their purpose will be to represent our company, teaching the same foundation paper piecing techniques as Judy. We will provide them with sample quilts and Powerpoint presentations for Trunk Shows and Lectures.

Our hopes are that we can provide a quality learning experience for more students than Judy is currently able to reach. Bringing in a certified instructor will likely also be more affordable for your group because the regional representation minimizes travel costs, provides more flexibility, and our certified instructors rates are set regionally, based on our instructor's understanding of the market in her/his area. Each of these instructors will provide a consistent teaching process, but will also bring their own personalities and talents to our students.

These certified instructors have been individually selected by Judy from a large group of applications. They were selected based on their knowledge of Judy's techniques (how many of Judy's patterns they have completed), their teaching experience, their personality, and their location. As you can see below, there may be some overlap which will allow your group to possibly select from two or more instructors. Judy will also continue to teach as well. With her efforts, combined with our instructors, we hope to better meet the teaching demands of our company. We look forward to teaching and working for and with you!
