Flying South is the second layout created using a Flying Goose block designed for foundation paper piecing by Judy and Bradley Niemeyer. Sheryl Mycroft designed the setting and color layout for this quilt by placing the lightest background fabric in the Flying Geese triangles, creating a South Western motif using Hoffman Batiks.
