In this 3 day workshop, Jenny will show you how to make a lonestar block with strip piecing, a new york beauty block with floating points, curved piecing, and assembling a pieced border. This is a great beginner paper piecing project, but is also a quick project for any level quilter with paper piecing experience. It finishes 38″ x 38″ for a nice wall hanging, table topper, or even a baby quilt.
Day 1 lessons will be cutting papers & fabrics, getting organized, and making the lonestar block.
Day 2 lessons will be the floating points and curved piecing on the New York beauty block.
Day 3 lessons will be the pieced border blocks and assembling the quilt.
